Accelerating economic development through training and partnership
With Africa’s growing population and need for a developing economy, we provide training and the resources to get small scale start ups moving in the right direction.
Our approach
By partnering with charities and NGOs already invested in communities, we seek to add another service. To coach members of the community for work or entrepreneurship. By equipping people with the right mindset and the skills to go and earn a living, they walk with a confidence knowing that we are with them as they bring economic growth and stability to their own little communities.
Our reason
Africa is expected to increase population to 2.5 billion people by 2050*. The continent of Africa currently has the highest poverty rate per capita, with 489 million people living in extreme poverty* (less than 1.90 US dollars per day). With a growing population and limited work opportunities, youth employment programs and entrepreneurship coaching available there will be a significant demand on resources. We believe investing resources in microeconomics across the continent can bring the change the people of Africa deserve to live out.

Our areas of impact
-
Entrepreneurship
It all begins with an idea. There are many individuals who want to launch a business. Maybe simply to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe a desire to share a creative project with the rest of the world. Whatever it is, we want to help those brave minds develop the skills and tools to succeed and bring opportunity to their environment.
-
Marketplace
With lots of opportunities for work and a marketplace which has talented people, we want to make sure companies get the best out of the people who work for them. We also want to help make sure those with the right talents are positioning themselves in the best places to use them.
-
Network
By building partnerships and networks the business sector can support itself. We want to give financial access to start ups and leverage resources to accelerate growth and not need to rely on access from international aid.
Collaborate. Communicate.
We cannot do it alone. We are looking for partners to help us plug into the local communities, to provide training and to provide funding to get businesses up and running. We believe in mutually beneficial partnerships and will always look to speak with you if have our shared vision.
